💥It is and after numerous failed attempts I got a good, make that GREAT one for ya and it’s so easy peasy guys! Just combine all in a bowl & sear up🙏

#Nibble Deets


1 lb ground Turkey

1 tablespoon Trader Joe’s Onion Salt

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 egg, beaten

1/4 cup Panko Crumbs

2 tablespoon grated garlic

1/4 of a grated yellow onion

1 tablespoon olive oil

(Veggie Cheese Optional)

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Form into 4-5 patties. Do not overwork it. Heat olive oil in skillet, I like a cast iron. Flatten gently and sear in pan for 5-7 minutes per side. Once cooked through add veggie cheese and remove from pan. Serve with pickle chips, roasted potatoes and broccoli stems.

- Large mixing bowl

- Grater

- Cutting Board
