Zucchini Linguine & Meat Sauce All In One Skillet

  • Make-Ahead

  • Leftover Friendly

  • 8-ingredients

8-Ingredients is all you need for dinner tonight. Frankly when there is more than that, I typically flip the page. We are being honest here, right? However, my favorite part of this dinner is how versatile it is. Meat or turkey....pasta or zucchini? The decision is entirely up to you and feel free to experiment with both, depending on your mood. I usually do the zucchini and make one other pasta for those who want. Just remember to double up if you can and freeze half for next week. Will make meal planning that much easier!

Serves - 4

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pound grass-fed ground beef at least 80% lean

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3-4 garlic cloves chopped

  • 1 large yellow onion chopped

  • 1 teaspoon Goya (light) all-purpose seasoning

  • 3 cups of your favorite low sugar/low sodium tomato sauce

  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning blend

  • 4 zucchini, spiraled

*Optional Pasta Of Choice

Directions

1.) Heat olive oil and add onions in a large skillet. Cook until translucent and add garlic.

2.) Add in meat along with GOYA seasoning and Italian blend. (Cook for 4-5 minutes)

3.) Stir in tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Cook until thickens.

4.) Stir in the zucchini linguine and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender. Toss to combine with tongs.

5.) If using flour based pasta, cook according to directions and replace for zucchini.
